1. Website terms of use

1.1 Who operates this site

NorVilTech is a brand operated from South Africa. It is not currently a registered company, and no company registration number has been issued. No VAT number has been provided; VAT status must be confirmed before any direct sale is offered. The operator's full legal name and physical business address have not yet been supplied for publication. This website will not accept online orders or payments until the required seller details are published. For now, contact NorVilTech at support@norvil.co.za or sales@norvil.co.za.

1.2 Acceptance and age

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's consent, before entering into a purchase or service agreement.

1.3 Changes

We may update these terms and will change the version date when we do. The current version applies to your continued use of the website. A change will not alter an order already accepted under separate sale terms.

1.4 Acceptable use

You may not use this website unlawfully, upload or distribute malware, overload or probe the website for weaknesses, impersonate another person, or copy or reverse engineer the website except where applicable law permits it.

1.5 Accounts

This website does not currently provide user accounts. If a linked app offers an account, use it under the terms and privacy information shown by that app.

1.6 Intellectual property

Website content, code, apps, logos, and designs are owned by their respective creators or licensors. You may view this website for personal, lawful use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish protected material without permission, except where applicable law allows it.

1.7 Independent brand

NorVilTech is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by another business or organisation.

1.8 User content and reports

This website does not currently accept public reviews, comments, or other user content. To report content or a rights concern, email support@norvil.co.za with the relevant details. We will review reports and respond as applicable law requires.

1.9 Third-party links

App links take you to other websites and services. Those destinations are operated separately and may have their own terms, privacy notices, availability, and security practices. NorVilTech is not responsible for their content or operation.

1.10 Disclaimer

This website is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Website content is general information, not professional advice. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

1.11 Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NorVilTech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intentional harm, gross negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

1.12 Privacy

This website has no account, checkout, or contact form. If you email us, we use your message and contact details to respond and handle the related enquiry. The linked apps are on separate domains and may process information as described in their own notices or in-app disclosures. Review those disclosures before using an app, especially before submitting text, documents, or API credentials. The page-view badge in the footer loads an image from Hits.sh. Hits states that its counter records badge requests without collecting IP addresses, cookies, or user-agent strings. See the Hits privacy policy for details.

1.13 Law and complaints

South African law applies. Please first send a complaint to support@norvil.co.za so we can try to resolve it informally. You may also approach the National Consumer Commission, the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud, or a competent South African court, where applicable.

1.14 General

If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. These terms govern use of this website. Notices may be sent to support@norvil.co.za.

2. Terms of sale

NorVilTech does not currently sell through this website. There is no checkout, payment provider, order process, or digital delivery promise in effect. Before any product is offered for purchase, the listing and checkout will state its price and VAT treatment, system requirements, payment method, delivery method and timing, support and update scope, and cancellation and refund terms. The price confirmed for an order will be the price payable, subject to applicable law. Statutory consumer rights under the CPA and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) are not waived by these terms.

No hardware, special orders, deposits, repairs, or call-out services are available from this website at present. If these are introduced, written terms will be provided before an order or booking, including applicable fees, delivery or collection arrangements, warranties, cancellation rules, and customer data responsibilities.

3. App and software licences

The apps currently listed are browser-based services reached through links to other domains. This website does not currently distribute downloadable freeware or sell paid software licences. Access to a linked app may be subject to separate terms shown by its operator. Before any downloadable or paid software is offered, its licence will explain permitted use, device or user limits, redistribution, activation, support, updates, third-party components, and any data collected. Any app-specific licence will be shown before download or purchase.

4. Services and service levels

Computer products, technical support, repairs, call-outs, and service-level agreements are future plans and are not currently offered through this website. If introduced, the scope, quote validity, fees, booking and cancellation rules, access permissions, backup responsibilities, parts and warranty terms, support hours, response targets, and any data handling terms will be agreed in writing before work begins. No response or resolution times are promised by this website.
